Chia founded Winner Synergy Associates in 2014. With extensive experience in the financial services and insurance industries since 2005, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his roles.

He currently serves as Secretary-General of NAMLIFA (National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance and Family Takaful Advisors), where he supports strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration with regulators, Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, MTA and other key industry stakeholders, and contributes to elevating professional standards and the development of the insurance industry.
